Frequently Asked Questions

Go to My Team → tap the + button in the top right → fill in the athlete's details. Once added, you can invite a parent or co-coach from the athlete's profile screen.
Open the athlete's profile, tap "Invite Athlete" or "Invite Parent", enter their email address, and select their role. They'll receive an email with instructions to download the app and accept the invite.
Make sure you're logged in with the same email address the invite was sent to. Then go to My Team → Invites → Received. If it still doesn't appear, try signing out and signing back in.
Game Face Bullpen uses USA Baseball's official pitch count guidelines, which vary by age group. These are the same limits used by Little League, travel ball, and most youth organizations across the country.
Lesson Mode is for bullpen and practice sessions — it tracks every pitch by zone, pitch type, and result, giving you full heat map analytics. Game Mode is a simplified dugout view that tracks ball/strike/foul counts and innings without zone data, so you can focus on managing the game.
Yes. An athlete's profile can be shared with multiple coaches, parents, or other users. Each person gets access based on their role. Coaches can log sessions; parents can view sessions and stats.
Yes. All your data is stored securely in the cloud via Supabase, not just on your device. Sign in on any iPhone and your sessions, athletes, and stats will be right there.
To delete your account and all associated data, email us at support@gamefacebullpen.com with the subject line "Delete Account" and we'll process your request within 30 days.
Game Face Bullpen requires iOS 16.6 or later. It's compatible with iPhone models from iPhone 8 and newer.
